The program prints two copies of the bank application

SYMPTOMS

When printing bank documents, the program prints two copies of the bank application.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the program is configured to print a preparer copy of the bank application.

RESOLUTION

To configure the program to print a single copy of the bank application, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the program as a user with administrator rights.
  2. From the top menu select Setup->Printer Setup.
  3. Click the Print Options tab.
  4. Clear the Preparer copy for BANK APP check box.



  5. Click OK.
The program will now print a single copy of the bank application.
