How to find the status of a Bank application in the program

This article explains how to look up information on a client’s Bank product application from within the program.

MORE INFORMATION

  1. Open the program and log in.
  2. From the initial WIP screen, click on the Quick button on the top bar.
  3. On the Query Return Status window that opens, enter the desired SSN and press the Search button.
  4. A screen will open showing the current filing status of the federal and state return(s). Click on the Bank Application tab to see the bank application status for this return.
