A communications password is used to connect to the Central Site. It is included in the paperwork shipped with the software. This password must be entered into the program for transmission to function. It is assigned by the program and can only be changed by contacting Technical Support.
To enter a communications password in the program, follow these steps:
- Open the program and log in as an administrator.
- On the toolbar, click Transmit.
- In the "Communication Options" window, click the Setup button.
The Central Site Communication Settings window will open.
- Enter the communications password in the Password field.
- Click OK to save changes and return to the transmission window.
- Click OK to close the transmission window.
If the communications password has been lost or forgotten, please contact the program Customer Support.
