PDF documents missing after restoring from full backup

This article demonstrates how to restore missing PDF documents after restoring from a full backup.
SYMPTOMS
After restoring from a full backup, PDF documents do not appear in the document archive for the restored tax returns.
RESOLUTION
- Open the program.
- Click Utility and then System Utilities.
- Click Document Rebuild and then Run Utility.
- Once the rebuild is complete, click Close.
Restored PDF documents should now show in the document archive.
