How to view totals on the Work in Progress Summary screen

SYMPTOMS

When you view the Work In Progress Summary, the totals do not appear to the right of each item.



CAUSE

This issue can occur if the program is set up to hide the Work In Progress totals for the login account being used.

RESOLUTION

Method 1 (Program version 2011 and newer):

  1. On the Setup menu, click Login Accounts.
  2. Highlight the account being used and click Edit.
  3. Clear the Hide Work in Progress Counts checkbox and then click OK.

Method 2 (Program version 2010 and older):

  1. On the Setup menu, click Office Setup.
  2. Click the Defaults tab.
  3. Clear the Hide Work In Progress Counts checkbox and then click OK.
