How to use the Bulletins feature in the program

Throughout the tax season, the program will send urgent information via the Bulletins feature. When a new bulletin is received the Bulletins option in the Work In Progress (WIP) screen will be updated to indicate the number of bulletins unread.

To view bulletins follow these steps:

  1. On the Work In Progress screen, click the Bulletins option (shown above).
A list of all bulletins will display along with the delivery dates, the subjects of the bulletin and whether a bulletin is new or saved.

Double-click a bulletin to view its contents.

To save, delete or print a bulletin, click the appropriate option from the Bulletin toolbar.
