To update a state billing schedule, follow these steps:

  1. On the Setup menu, click Billing Setup.
  2. In the Form Billing drop-down box, choose the state you want to modify.
  3. Enter the billing amounts for the applicable forms. You do not need to enter an amount for every form. If you do not enter an amount for a form or entry the program will not bill for that form or entry.
  4. When finished entering billing amounts, click OK to save your changes and return to the program.
