Method 1: Select an alternate font set

  1. On the Setup menu, click Office Setup.
  2. On the Defaults tab, in the Font Set box, select the font set you want.
    • Default +2: The largest font available
    • Default +1: A font set that is larger than the default font, but smaller than the Default + 2 font set.
    • Default: The default font set
    • Default -1: A font set that is smaller than the default font, but larger than the Default -2 font set.
    • Default -2: The smallest font set available.
  3. Click OK.

Method 2: Expand the screen – Program version 2004 and prior only

Note: Program version 2004 and prior will not display in full screen if using Windows Vista or Windows 7.
  1. From within the program, press ALT+ENTER.
The program will open to full screen and the font will be easier to read.

Method 3: Increase the font size – Program version 2004 and prior only

  1. Open the program and right-click the program title bar.
  2. Select Properties from the right-click menu.
  3. Click the Font tab and then select 12 x 16 or 10 x 18 from the Size box.
  4. Click OK to confirm your selection. Once you click OK, the Apply Properties window will display on your screen.
  5. In the Apply Properties window, select Apply properties to current window only if you want the use the new font size for the program until you exit the program, or select Save properties for future windows with same title if you want to use the new font size every time you open the program.
  6. Click OK to confirm your selection.
