How to assign an Access Level to a Login Account

SUMMARY

An Access Level is a group of program rights that may be assigned to particular Login Account. When an Access Level is assigned to a Login Account, all rights within that Access Level are available to the login.

To assign an Access Level to a login, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the program as a user with administrator rights.
  2. From the top menu, select Setup->Login Accounts. The Login Accounts window will open.
  3. Double-click on the account to be modified.
  4. In the Access Level drop-down list, select the Access Level to assign to the account.
  5. Click OK to save the change.
  6. Click Close to close the Login Accounts window.
The login account will now have the rights of the newly-assigned Access Level.
