Error Message: “Print Tax Return - Cannot be Transferred on Transmitting Computer” when printing in the program

SYMPTOMS

When you try to printing the following error message appears:

CAUSE

This error will occur if the program is configured as transmitting computer, but batch printing settings are configured to transfer printing jobs.

RESOLUTION STEPS

  1. Open the program and log in as an administrator.
  2. From the top menu, select Setup->Printer Setup.
  3. Click the Print Options tab.
  4. In the Batch Printing Options dropdown list, select Print Immediate and then click OK.


The program should now print without an error.
