Digital Signatures/ Digital Documents.
1) Even when the green check marks don't show on the tax software after client's have signed the docs, you can click on "Digital Docs" and you will see them in there. That way, you can verify that they've been signed.
2) Even though the feature to collect a signature via text is not working, you can send it via Email until Crosslink fixes this function.
3) Sometimes when you send the link for your client to sign via Email, it may take up to 10 minutes for them to receive the email. It takes less than a minute for the tax preparer to receive the email, so if you send it to yourself, you can forward it to your client.
