Deleted returns not being transferred from sub-office to the Master User
SUMMARY
When synchronizing returns from a sub-office, the Master User does not receive copies or notifications of returns that have been created and deleted at a sub-office.
CAUSE
This is by design in program version 2011 and earlier. Program 2012 and later gives the Master User the option of viewing an “Event Log” for sub-offices that indicates if a return has been created and deleted.
